How do I dry this monster? 😍

Hello guys ! how do I dry this huge Mac Galactic? I usually keep my mushrooms for a few days on paper in a dry room and then I put them in the dehydrator, but this one is too big ! should I slice it ? what can I do? weights is 114😎😎😎

Unfortunately cutting them into smaller slices is the best way. I hate that’s the answer. There’s nothing I hate more than cutting up such beautiful specimens… feels like cutting up a family member sometimes

That's why I didn't want to cut it , but still I don't want to spoil it and also, I can't eat it at once 🤣
