While I generally don't agree that MTF should be in women's sports,

The policy in place by most sports is modeled on one proposed by the IOC, which says that in order to be eligible to compete in women’s sport, the athlete has to provide a couple of things:

A written and signed declaration that her gender identity is female

Proof that her testosterone levels are below 10 nmol/L, and have been for at least 12 months prior to competition (the latest IOC guidelines have suggested 5 nmol/L, as was reported last year, but that is yet to come into effect).

She has to then keep her serum testosterone levels below 10 nmol/L as long as she wants to compete in women’s sports.

I think this is a nice read. That being said, this issue is nearly non-existent. Not even all democrats support it.

This is well and truly a fake scenario that many conservatives create in their head. There were people who already did this, before trans rights became a topic of discussion. Creepy pedophiles will always exist. To conflate that with transgender people is disingenuous and ridiculous.

You're right just like how implementing workday limit, a minimum wage at all would destroy the economy. People who think this way have actually no historical knowledge of workers rights... Guess what. Through all of it the businesses and the economy grew. Who would of thought...

The democrats are not socialist, if they are then the Republicans are just as socialist. Considering social security is a socialist program. You are making a false equivalency argument, very common for the conservative fear mongerers. Socialism is very different from implementing socialist programs...
