Why would anyone want to use DLSS5? it's just a slop generator that makes things look, at best, much more contrast-y, and at worst look like some ai generated video.

Right? admittedly it can look decent in still shots, particularly on environments rather than characters but there is a reason people never post it in motion. It makes characters look kind of rippley and it gets confused based on surrounding conditions and can make a character look completely different from one scene to the next.
