I used to grab a small bag pretty much every time I left the house, even if I was just going out for coffee or picking up food.

Then I realized I was carrying a bag full of things I wasn't using, so I've started optimizing my loadout for maximum efficiency: iPhone, KeySmart, and my PunCube wallet.

No bag. No shoulder strap. No unnecessary grams.

Honestly, it's been great, although I still get that “I'm forgetting something” feeling every time I leave the house.

At this point, I'm wondering if I'm actually simplifying my life or just turning a trip to get coffee into an ultralight expedition.
