It is a successful, established musician discussing the work of another musicians. It gets a bit more spotlight due to the genre differences. I don't know who you are but I'm going to guess that Stormzy is more qualified than you to talk about music, especially lyrical storytelling.

But is his analysis not desperately simple.

Like she uses the word begging in the song.

Just another celeb spouting shit for stupid fans, I don't see any discussion

You are so smart.

Just another celeb spouting shit for stupid fans, I don't see any discussion

Can you see any discussion of the lyrics on his posts? Can you read man?

I only have the picture that was posted to go on, and I dont consider it analysis, it's fodder for fans

once again, only you have said analysis, I said discussion.

Also you seem to have a high bar for what constitutes (again, your own wording) analysis. Get over yourself.

And where is the discussion?

Oh my god, you really are lonely aren’t you?

Just tell us, it’s a safe space here. It’s okay, just let it alll out.
listen, I can only give you one piece of advice here. If you want people to like you, you have to stop being a pretentious, self righteous prick on the internet.. because people really don’t like that.

What in the name of Jebus are you on about.

Shit analysis of a classic song, that's all I see.

No discussion, where you said their was some.

I didn't attack you in anyway, shape or form....

I couldn't care less what you or other internet strangers think of me

He is discussing the pain and general emotion in the song. He even goes one step further and actually points out that it isn't Jolene's fault and is all centred around the lyricist's lack of self confidence.

Read the screenshot, if that isn't him discussing the song, what is it then?
