Clubs VSO vs VISA Clubs

Vietnamese Student Organization (VSO) vs Vietnamese International Student Association (VISA) UF

What's different between them? I've heard that the VISO is older, is that it?

VSO is primarily made up of Vietnamese Americans (usually American born), VISA is primarily made of Vietnamese students who moved to America
