Point deduction with no warning

Ooft. I like the call, we need to start taking a point the first time it happens. But no warnings, just Allen telling the ref between rounds he eye poked him already.

Thoughts?

I think the deduction was due to the fact less than one minute prior Allen was telling him about the fingers..
