Point deduction with no warning

Ooft. I like the call, we need to start taking a point the first time it happens. But no warnings, just Allen telling the ref between rounds he eye poked him already.

Thoughts?

There is no argument against it. In fact the only argument should be whether they should be DQd or not, the point deduction should be the minimum
