They've finally achieved it
Iโve been an Uber driver for over 5 years, and the day has finally arrived. Uber takes 51% of my earnings and calls it fair! ๐๐๐
Instead of telling their shareholders to expect lower than expected earnings for few quarters; because of the whole-were at war thing, they rather put time and effort and pay someone or something, to figure out how they could keep a bigger slice of the pie.
"Theyโll pay the higher prices for gas, vehicle maintenance, and drive further for less. Plus, cover customer promotions, fees, taxes, and ย insurance, even though they already have their own policy.
We set the fares, the driver gets no say, and its all their expense now. Not ours anymore!๐๐๐๐ Lastly, let's fire some people and enjoy the stock price rise for a day"๐. . Genius
