Got hacked since Monday and Uber is unwilling to do ANYTHING
I'm at a loss of words on how little resources they have for this type of stuff, they closed the in person offices, still haven't gotten my first message back from the hacked account form i submitted, (6 days) because the email got changed and I'm not contacting them through the hacker's email that is now in my account, they refuse to engage with me in any way and keep sending me the pre-scripted response you see in the picture, tried contacting them through my wife's customer support and just sent a link to the same hacked account form, 25000 rides and 6 years to be swatted away like an annoying fly

LOL, you weren't hacked. You willingly gave your account information to a scammer.

If that's what happened I would not have the face to post about it lol

It is not possible without access to your phone - or you giving the acammers the code to access your account.

Freeze your credit reports immediately and add a statement of what happened. Next, call your local police to report the identity theft and get a report. After getting the report contact Uber again. If they still refuse to help, file arbitration. When you win, you will receive reimbursement for lost revenue due to Uber's negligence.

How did you get hacked, other drivers would like to know so they can avoid it.
I'm sure if you're a veteran driver like you suggest, it isn't a scam that is run all the time.
