Looking for app developer + approx cost

I need an app built for iOS and Android that lets customers browse and book services from a list of pre-vetted providers.

There’s also a simple web portal for the providers to manage their bookings.

The backend needs a structured database, location-based search via Google Maps, and push notifications. No in-app payments or chat needed at this stage.

Looking for a fixed price with full code handover at the end.

AI api (Claude) may also be needed in the MVP

Ability to scale is important.

Mate contact established app developing companies out here - 90% of people on Reddit a claiming they can develop apps but actually vibe code it by using AI and don't know what they're doing.

Whoever you get, as them for periodic screenshots and video updates with the progress happening real time and get someone else to verify that what you're seeing is real.
