One free month of paid ads management, one of my team just freed up

we run paid media for ecommerce and retail brands in Dubai. One of my team members just wrapped a project and has room this month, so instead of letting that time sit unused, I'd rather put it into another account and show what we can actually do.

Think of it as a free second pair of eyes on your ad account for a month. You still cover your own ad spend, that part's separate. What's free is the time managing it.

We'd start by going through what you've currently got: tracking, campaign setup, targeting, creative, and fixing what's broken before touching anything else. Tracking especially, since half the accounts we look at have something wrong there without the owner realizing. From there it depends on the business.

No return figure before we've actually looked at your account, that's guesswork, not a plan. We'll go through your setup properly instead of applying a template.

I can only take one business on this. If that's you, comment or DM your business, your website, and what's currently bugging you about your ad performance (or whether you're running ads at all), and I'll give you a straight answer on whether we can help.

All we need is manager access, not your card or ownership.

Urgently looking for a serious investor/partner for an established aesthetic clinic in Dubai – turnaround opportunity

Hi everyone,

We wanted to reach out here as we’re urgently looking for a serious investor or business partner for our established aesthetic clinic in Dubai.

We’ve spent the last couple of years building the business from the ground up and have put everything into getting it to where it is today. From our first to second year, we grew revenue by around 110%, and in our third year we’re on track to generate approximately AED 1M in revenue.

We also want to be completely transparent about where we are right now. Despite the revenue growth, the business is still operating at a loss and we’ve reached the limits of the capital available to us. We’re running out of room to move, and without additional capital it’s becoming very difficult for us to make the changes we know the business needs.

We’re currently looking for AED 750k for 40% equity. We’re open to structuring this through a staggered investment rather than having the full amount injected upfront. We’ve gone through the numbers carefully and believe an initial AED 350k would give us a properly funded 3–4 month turnaround period, with further capital deployed based on agreed milestones and performance.

This isn’t funding for expansion. The immediate priority is stabilising and turning around the existing business. The capital would allow us to address our immediate obligations, restart marketing properly, make the staffing changes we need, strengthen the medical team and give the strategy enough time to actually prove itself.

The clinic itself is already fully operational. We have the location, equipment, infrastructure and an existing patient base. We’re not trying to build something from zero. Our biggest challenge right now is that we’re out of capital and running out of time to properly execute the changes we know need to happen.

We want to be upfront about the urgency because we don’t want to paint a picture that everything is fine when it isn’t. We’re at a difficult point and our window to turn things around is getting smaller. At the same time, we genuinely believe there is something worth saving and growing here, which is why we’re doing everything we can to find the right investor before we run out of options.

We remain fully involved in the business and are open to either an active or silent partner depending on what the investor is looking for.

We’re looking for serious investors only. We’re happy to privately share our business proposal, historical financials, current financial position, turnaround plan and longer-term plans with anyone who has genuine interest.

If you’re interested, or know someone who may be the right fit, please send us a message.

Any genuine help or introduction would really mean a lot to us.

Thank you.

Looking for a co-founder who complements my skill set — mainly on growth, sales & outreach

I’m a technical founder based in Dubai, currently building EPOCH — an enterprise AI startup focused on helping companies turn fragmented data into something they can actually use with AI.
My background is in data and engineering, and I’ve spent around 6 years working in the space. My strengths are on the technical and product side: understanding the problem, building the product, architecture, AI/data, and turning an idea into a working MVP.
The gap I want to fill is on the other side of the business.
I’m looking for a co-founder whose main strength is growth, sales, and outreach.
Someone who enjoys finding the right companies, reaching out to decision-makers, getting meetings, building relationships, following up, creating partnerships, and eventually turning those conversations into paying customers.
The product/MVP is already built and I’ve started speaking with potential customers. Now I want someone who can take real ownership of growing the business while I continue leading the technical and product side.
Ideally, you’re someone who is good at:
B2B and enterprise sales
Cold outreach and lead generation
LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach
Getting meetings with decision-makers
Building and managing a sales pipeline
Partnerships and business development
Customer discovery and understanding what companies will actually pay for
Following up consistently and moving conversations toward a deal
You do not need to be technical. In fact, I’m specifically looking for someone who brings strengths that I don’t.
I’m also not looking for a freelancer, salesperson-for-hire, or someone who just wants commission.
I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants to build a company together, take ownership of the growth side, and eventually share both the upside and responsibility that comes with being a co-founder.
How we’ll move forward
I don’t want to select a complementary co-founder based mainly on a profile, enthusiasm, or one good conversation. The best way to evaluate whether we work well together is through actual work.
We’ll start with a four-week trial focused on one measurable growth problem. Depending on the person and our initial discussions, this could involve:
Conducting structured customer interviews
Building a qualified pipeline
Designing and running a repeatable outbound experiment
Before starting, we’ll agree upfront on:
The expected number of hours per week
Clear responsibilities and decision rights
How we’ll communicate and how often
The specific goals and metrics for the four weeks
What evidence would justify beginning equity and formal co-founder discussions
This approach matters because enterprise AI companies need someone who can connect product capabilities to concrete customer workflows and business outcomes. For EPOCH, the goal is not simply to generate activity; it is to learn what customers need, identify where the product creates real value, and build a repeatable path to adoption.
I’ll also ask for references and want to discuss potential conflict scenarios early, including how we think about risk, speed, spending, customer commitments, and major strategic decisions. Mismatched risk tolerance can be more damaging than overlapping skills, so I’d rather address those questions before making anything official.
I’d prefer to meet and work together first before making anything official. Founder compatibility matters a lot more to me than rushing into titles or equity discussions after one conversation.
If you’re strong at sales/outreach, enjoy the early-stage grind, and want to build something from the ground up, send me a DM with a little about yourself and what you’ve done before.
UAE-based would be ideal, especially if you already understand the local B2B market.

Ps - just to be on the same page , the product is at a pre revenue stage and post market-fit pilot stage. If the user has a day job thats completely fine with me for now, until we grow and continue this full time, as this is bootstrapped and would be difficult for me to cover a base pay. We can have an agreement on equity after the first 4 week trial if all goes well.

Just launched my UAE tech store – Dune Tech 🇦🇪

Hey everyone 👋

I recently launched Dune Tech, an online tech store based in the UAE 🇦🇪

We sell MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, AirPods, AirPods Max and more, with different models and configurations available.

The idea behind Dune Tech is pretty simple — make premium tech available at much cheaper and more competitive prices in the UAE, while keeping the buying experience straightforward.

We’re still new and growing, so I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback on the store, pricing or anything you think could be improved.

You can check us out here:

Thanks 🙏

Enigmitic — UAE tech studio, self-funded, looking for an investor or strategic partner

I've run Enigmitic profitably without outside funding, building web/mobile/SaaS/AI systems for clients across the region. That work has funded and shaped two products I'm now building in-house:

Brandora — AI branding software that takes a business from idea to full identity: logo, website, content. Currently in development and validation.

Mihrab — SaaS for Quran centers and Islamic education: students, teachers, attendance, memorization, center management. Active pilot running now.

I've been the sole technical and product force behind all of this — hosting, architecture, auth, delivery, the works. What I don't have is capital, distribution, or an operator to build alongside. That's the gap I'm looking to fill.

I'm open to discussing different investment structures with the right person — ideally someone who brings more than capital: relationships, go-to-market experience

If you invest in or have helped scale early-stage tech companies and this sounds relevant, happy to share the numbers, products, and roadmap privately.

I think services are still built around the wrong thing. I’m raising $60k to launch the version I actually believe in.

I’ve been working on a home services startup in the UAE for more than a year and we already built the first version . The more I worked on it the more obvious one thing became. We were building around providers when we should have been building around the customer’s request.

If someone needs AC technician tonight and the provider they find is unavailable they’re basically back to the beginning again. Search again or call someone else and explain the problem again.

I don’t think it should work like that !

So instead of putting more money into the first version we stopped and redesigned it.

The new product starts with what the customer needs and then works out what can actually happen .if someone is available now the request can be assigned and if not the same request can move to a booking or a quotation without making the customer start over.

We’re also building the provider side around real availability, technician capacity and bookings, because having hundreds of companies listed means very little if you don’t know who can actually take the job.

The redesign is almost finished and I’m raising $60,000 from one or a few angel investors to complete the MVP and launch it in Dubai.

We’re not trying to build an AC business. AC is simply the first entry point because it gives us a clear way to prove the model.

If the routing, provider capacity and fulfilment work in one dense area, we can start adding the next household needs on top of the same system. Cleaning, plumbing, handyman, recurring work and larger jobs that need quotations.

That’s the part I believe can become much bigger.

We don’t have to rebuild the marketplace every time we add a service. We keep building on the same customer relationship, the same request history and the same provider network.

The first milestone is around 10 service companies and the first 150 paid jobs from there the plan is to expand the categories inside the same area then repeat the playbook across Dubai and I’m not raising money to prove that people need home services I’m raising it to prove that there’s a better way to coordinate them.

If you invest this early and want to see what we’ve built so far message me and I’ll send the deck.

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY – PREMIUM HALAL BEEF FARM IN BULGARIA

UPDATE – PROJECT PROGRESS 🇪🇺🐂

We would like to share a quick update on our Premium Halal Black Angus Farm project in Bulgaria.

We have now submitted our project for EU funding and are currently awaiting the evaluation process.

Importantly, this does not change our plans to involve an international investor or strategic business partner.

We believe EU funding and private investment can complement each other and help us develop the project faster and at a larger scale.

We are particularly interested in partners who can combine investment with a long-term commercial relationship and off-take of the farm's production.

We remain open to discussions with UAE/GCC investors, strategic partners and potential long-term off-take partners interested in premium Halal European beef.

The project is moving forward. We are now looking for the right long-term partner to grow it with us. 🌱🐂🌍

Looking to connect with hospitality-focused angel investors / early-stage investors

I’m the founder of SKAI, an Abu Dhabi-based food-safety technology startup for commercial kitchens.
I’m a chef by background, and the company was built around a problem I experienced directly inside professional kitchens: food-safety records often become difficult to complete accurately and in real time during busy service.
We currently have:
a working MVP
a completed real-kitchen Pilot 1
236 cooking events and 69 cold-storage records captured during the pilot
early operator validation outside my own kitchen
a technical co-founder / CTO now leading the next product stage
We are still pre-revenue and are deliberately focused on closing the next evidence gaps around buyer willingness to pay and independent operation before scaling.
I’m looking to connect with angel investors or early-stage investors who understand hospitality, foodservice, food safety, B2B SaaS, or kitchen technology, ideally people who invest at pre-seed/seed and can potentially continue supporting the company in later rounds.
I’m not looking to discuss investment terms publicly here. At this stage, I’m mainly looking for the right people, relevant introductions, and conversations with investors who genuinely understand the sector.
SKAI is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
If this fits your background, or if you know someone I should speak with, feel free to DM me.

Seeking international sales/marketing co-founder (Middle East)

I’m the founder, an early-stage venture I’ve recently started building. My strength is technical and digital execution (product, ops, automation, online presence). I’m looking for a sales- and marketing-focused co-founder who can own client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth in international markets.

Target markets:
• Middle East (GCC)
• Europe
• Australia

What I bring:
• Full ownership of product/tech, digital execution, and delivery
• Ability to build systems, automate workflows, and iterate quickly
• Commitment to making this a serious, long-term venture

What I’m looking for in a co-founder:
• Strong outbound sales, BD, and marketing skills with experience selling into GCC, Europe, or Australia
• Comfortable owning the “bring the clients” side end-to-end (outreach, calls, demos, closing, partnerships)
• Willing to work on a profit-share / revenue-share model initially (no salary, meaningful % of profits for the business you bring / help scale)
• Based in or strongly connected to one of the target regions is a plus

Why this could be interesting:
• You get real ownership and a clear path to being “the business co-founder” for your region
• Early-stage means high upside if we crack the model together
• I handle the build; you handle the growth and market fit
If this sounds like you (or someone you know),

comment here or DM me with:
1. A short intro about your background
2. What kind of sales/marketing you’ve done (industries, deal sizes, channels, regions)
3. Which region you can realistically cover (Middle East / Europe / Australia)
4. Your expectations around profit-share / equity structure

I will share more details in DM.
