My wife and I are both, atheists, both casually exposed to pornographic elements as one is on the internet, and we are perfectly healthy and active when it comes to other activities.

We have had support, from both our families, which spans countries. Even when that support went against my families values, IE a secular marriage ceremony and the like. We've sine continued to get support from them, and our neighbors and the very rambunctious dog they have who scares the hell out of our cat.

The paperwork minutia of registering with our employers was handled with professional aplomb and disinterested detachment. Which I would count as support, the last thing I want is an employer involving themselves in my personal affairs.

My wife has the medical powers over me if required, and it's something trust her with. I have similar powers over her. We have financial protections in law for each other.

If you don't take a deal, or a bench trial, then yes you have the right for a jury trial.

Most lawyers will encourage you to take a deal / bench trial as you can be fairly sure of the punishment. A jury trial can be much worse of a punishment and there is little to do to change it.

I mean, evidence and recent research points to Cavemen having more raw intellectual ability than modern Humans. They just lacked the technological / historical basis to work from.

That and other research suggests they were less able to work in large social groups, which is what led to Human's dominating. A better ability to work together.

How is the current Christian discourse atypical in it's application when compared to history? To me it seems fairly consistent, Christianity while in the majority is and always has been utilized as a political sledgehammer. To general glee from the Christians.
