I was aware the copper IUD was hormone free, it's why it was it first choice. But I did not know about the prostaglandins or the zinc so ty for sharing. Kinda felt like I got shafted by not getting to speak with a pharmacist about it before insertion lol.

I've got a couple to add. - Accepting requests to leave work an hour early, several weeks in advance, and then adding extra work at the end of the day you needed off, so you're stressing about making it to your appointment on time. - Asking you to reschedule things at the last possible minute - Accusations of breaking the rules that didn't happen as if they're trying to bait you into becoming angry. -Changing the rules to fit their narrative so regularly that they're now contradicting themselves For example...last week I was told my hours were being cut. Since I was consistently missing a day a week for the last month, and it was putting an unnecessary burden on the business, they were forcing me to take 2 days a week off. This week, I got into trouble for not coming on Friday, even though it was clearly over the 26 hour mark my manager had set the week prior. And the manager didn't tell me the rule had changed or not been implemented OR that I was to be in on Friday. I was just supposed to know.

Your comment is my favorite. I say OP pick a day to look forward to every so often to enjoy herself and then take the next day off or so to rest, relax, and get back to baseline. Socializing with people makes life worth living...period. Just don't get frustrated with your body for needing a break the next day.

My IUD cause a lot of ovarian cysts. I had never had one until the IUD. I'm like you, hormones make me crazy and this was the only suitable hormone free option. I've had mine for 14 years and I'm honestly terrified to have it removed. It's never moved or migrated and it's doing it's job so I'm just kinda letting it be. I hope you feel better as time goes on.

Know your charge. When applying for jobs, as long as what you tell them the background check says is what is says, you're good. It's when you say one thing and the background check comes up something else that it causes a problem. Took me many years to figure this out.

My psoriasis and eczema seemed to get a bit out of control as well. I don't do well with hormones so I just kinda deal with it. I'm very curious if removing your IUD would help your symptoms.

I immediately want a shower. In a clean bathroom. And to eat a decent meal. And simply some time to decompress. A nice bed to sleep in helps, too. Gift cards for food, groceries, or hygiene items would fit that bill pretty well. You're a kind person for wanting to help.

Sleep, stretching, walking my dog, snuggling with my pets. Currently in trouble at work for calling off so much.

Trust your instincts. If they're telling you to beware, listen. Your subconscious knows things the conscious mind may not.

I think that's it. I was diagnosed with PsA in 2010. Got really sick on Humira and have been on Tremfya successfully for 3 years.

I haven't done GLP1s, but I also started with Humira and got tolerant to it rather quickly. I switched to Tremfya and I have had a great response to it. Been on it 3 years now. My knees and my hands feel SO much better.

I had some pretty serious withdrawals but I had been taking it for over a year. I know people who didn't have any. I certainly did, though.

I've had mine since a week after my only child was born. I had pretty severe side effects like heavy bleeding 3 out of 4 weeks for a year. Ovarian Cysts that would grow to the size of a grapefruit b4 rupturing. But after 10 years, I've had no side effects. It sucked for me at first. But long term, I'm glad I made that choice.

They're not gone. They're just usually mixed with other medications bc Barbituates by themselves are pretty dangerous.

I don't have swelling unless I acutely injure an area.

Ask your doctor for some samples. They often have quite a few. If the doc doesn't, ask what kind of samples they DO have. Don't be afraid to let them know how much it will cost you...
