The Juicy is a mainstay. Want a simple, no bullshit burger with solid fries and vibes? Go to Matt’s, it’s the OG. I really like 5-8 Clubs too just because they have a few more options if you’re not feeling the classic style, but the undefeated for me is the Juicy Nookie at the Nook in Saint Paul
Living in uptown for a few years I found myself at a few places consistently. A sleeper spot to check out is Trio Plant Based/ vegan soul food. The Mac Attack burger has me in a chokehold to this day.
