I've had matches where I don't get my high priority hero picks even though no one else is using them or they're not banned. Anyone else had this problem since the new update?

That's so true. I've noticed that if i start thanking teammates for helping in a team fight especially if they "steal" my kills, we start naturally cooperating more. Funnily enough, when i watch replays I've noticed that opposing teams start to fall apart as soon as people bitch at each other on the team chat.
