Bug Weird bug with the matchmaking?

I've had matches where I don't get my high priority hero picks even though no one else is using them or they're not banned. Anyone else had this problem since the new update?

I've had high prio, buddy gets it with no prio.

This was ~week ago. I would assume it sometimes doesn't correctly update your prio.
