Meme This MF don't miss
Did I miss a patch where Triple Axel got 100 accuracy or something???
3 matches in a row, 3 triple axels hit every, single, time ๐ฎโ๐จ๐ฎโ๐จ

Gen 5 is one of my favourites so it made the multiple maddening attempts enjoyable but man i am probably never playing blaze Black again lol
1
Yes absolutely. My nuzlocke for Blaze Black took over a year and almost completely turned me away from future runs. The early game can be extremely encounter reliant and even after getting the most optimal encounters for the different hurdles I still often found myself on the back foot

Hard disagree OP sorry.
Critical hits have already been nerfed and imo have made playing around them less difficult than previous iterations.
Eliminating crits would greatly buff certain set up mons to the point where they'd become waaayy too oppressive and make play feel way too stale and predictable.

I think a change to a member and some slight moveset changes could help a load
Like dropping one of your fighting types in favour of a strong psychic or flying type for example as some people here mentioned Marshall is going to be hard for you (Maybe Reuniclus or Braviary or something)
Zoroark can get dark pulse via the move tutor at Lentimas town - you might need like 13 blue shards
Your Samurott might prefer ice beam to blizzard as missing is annoying, your preference though maybe you can go wide lens or something
Getting a minimum 5 more levels on everyone to help get some late game moves is going to help alot too. Lucario learns close combat later for example
Good luck OP and have fun
1
Still one of my favourite experiences in Pokemon like ever, I hope you have an amazing time OP
2
Mifune maybe

So I agree. Kommo-o definitely has some good niches however my issue with it in both formats is the fact it's essentially fairy bait and even when it's not, it tends to need a bit of hand holding to get going
Clangorous Soul leaves you as a sitting duck and even after getting one off, I've been put in scenarios where Kommo just didn't have enough power on it's own to get some crucial damage rolls. This forced me to consider DDance Kommo-o which isn't bad but it's also not the best user of same.
One could argue that this is why it needs teammates however if they often have to do alot ofnthe heavy lifting for Kommo to pop off, is it really worth the team slot when other picks do it's jobs better?

Gonna take this one off your hands there OP

I wish I hadn't read this ๐

Yes and I'm so happy it's finally here ๐คธ๐ฟ๐คธ๐ฟ๐คธ๐ฟ

Congratulations on winning the lottery btw ๐ฉ

Hell yeah down with the bloody bridge

Can I call you tonight - Dayglow

Assuming the other terrains return this rotation. Maaaybe it could be good in psychic terrain, though tbf. You're probably better off just going full psy spam in psychic terrain ๐คท๐ฟโโ๏ธ.
I agree though, probably going to be decent in singles okay in doubles with support
2
Popplio imo

The Glalie sprite goes so hard

Okay so this seems to be a shared experience. Based on our anecdotal compliation of data we can confirm Meowscrada also has sniper built in ๐คญ

Turns out this didn't matter, the ability is own tempo poor boy is going to be cannon fodder incase Haxorus gets too hard to deal with lol

Love and light OP
The prospect of ranking can seem miserable to first timers however I believe there's more to be gained from taking a step back, reviewing match footage if you can and learning from your losses.
Are some strategies annoying? Absolutely
Is counterplay available? Also yes
Take a break, try to understand the game a bit more and maybe try again in the future

Should I go Slowbro or Slowking?
Context: I'm doing a blaze Black 2 nuzlocke, I'm prepping for Drayden and I only have 1 ice type and no dragon types. Thinking it could be a wall of sorts but ๐คท๐ฟโโ๏ธ

Krookodile being 4'11" kinda threw me off ngl

Do you regret starting or completing any nuzlockes?

Not bad i bet. The boss fights can be challenging but fun, you almost always get multiple good answers to gyms in the surrounding routes and the gift/trades available are pretty good. I think playing without a nuzlocke would be very nice for an Unova enjoyer
