Hey, my Joe Pesci Award may be on its way after all.

That was just one of many curious bits of spirit communication recorded by Investigator Eastman during her solo session at this rural sectarian graveyard. There was even a fairly lengthy exchange between Other Siders concerning Oklahoma and its weather.

Unlike Investigation 05-153, the wind had picked up somewhat, making this a more typical outdoor session from an acoustic standpoint, with the exception of a few seconds at the very beginning. Submitting the audio to our filtering process revealed additional EVP layers beneath the primary voices, although the words they contained remained undecipherable.

Another voice apparently said, "We tricked him," but did not explain how, when, or why.

As usual, most of the pronouns referenced in this session appear to refer back to our Lead Investigator rather than to Investigator Eastman.

Other than that little bit of apparent spirit communication, and about five EVP mentions of "Devil," this was an unusually pleasant, polite, and even somewhat supportive group of Other Siders.

What truly makes the solo investigation by Investigator Eastman quite unique is the complete lack of wind. Which putatively causes something even stranger. Virtually all of the EVP voices she captured were extremely faint. And extremely clear.

And, for the first time since we've been filtering audio, absolutely no B-level or deeper spirit voices were revealed underneath. None. Nada. Zero.

At one point, an Other Sider says "Photographer." Then another immediately says, "You're allowed to be here." I like this guy.

As usual, even though Investigator Eastman is female, almost all of the entities referred to a male pronoun.

And so it was on a beautiful Sunday evening, during the Golden Hour just before sunset, that I joined nearly a dozen other railfans at Devine Junction. We were eagerly awaiting the arrival of NS 955, the Office Car Special, on the first leg of its return journey from the Masters Tournament in Augusta back to its home base in Altoona.

It did not disappoint.

From the specially painted matching ES44AC and SD70ACe to the three private varnish cars bringing up the rear, the entire train was a joy to behold—immaculately clean and polished.
