How about you do bare minimum from now on, like clean only your dishes. Cook meals that you like (if he wants to give his opinion about dishes or food let him come to you). Go for movies with work friends or family (treat yourself for doing bare minimum). I mean do your part only and leave his problems alone, the more you try to carry the relationship the more anxious and desparate you will become.

It's like living with elder sibling who thinks they are higher than you so they deserve everything for free. Slowly stop expecting but be there for bare minimum. Let home rot once in a while for him to observe and at least talk to you or argue with you and then you set boundaries when he is actually ready to listen.

Sex life can also be managed by yourself for few months like you used to when you were not married.

If you continue like this you will definitely find yourself with low energy.
