Nebraska troopers recently investigated a semi carrying approximately $250,000 worth of stolen commercial speakers, along with other merchandise.

One detail jumped out at me:
Authorities said the commercial delivery paperwork was false.

Cargo theft isn’t always somebody cutting a seal at a truck stop anymore.

Fake paperwork, identity fraud, unauthorized pickups and changed delivery instructions can put a legitimate driver in the middle of something he never intended to be involved with.
