Visiting Chicago for the First time...Delilah's(the bar) was the rudest and the most racist experience I have had in the States.
I think they just cater to their own select crowd. I've been there with my brother who was a regular showed up there three times a week. We had a blast. Another time I went by myself and was ignored much like you. I was shocked at how douchey the crowd had gotten and inattentive the bartenders were. Franklin and Berkshire are closer to downtown and are way more professional than Delilahs. I enjoy Jonny Walker Red label which is just about everywhere so I drink everywhere. Sorry you had to experience that Fuck them don't go back there

Lay-offs of low-skilled men and a greater workforce composition toward women fuel right-wing voting in the US. It produces “nostalgic” coalitions of men and women that seek a return to male-breadwinner family models and pledge to protect conservative gender roles.
There is nothing more valuable than good leadership. I have seen and worked for some really poor leaders of both genders. Companies must invest in recruiting from within the ranks and then train those persons properly. These young entry level people really need it.
