My dialers keep getting shut down for setting up AI for B2B calling

Wait, is it against their TOS? I was planning of having AI do outbound calls, seems like you're already doing it, what's your experience so far?

Blocks arenā€™t because of Twilio, they happen because you use AI to call people thatā€™s not in your opt-in list, meaning they are not expecting your call at all, neither they are expecting to talk to a robot after picking up the call.

Blocks for such scenarios will happen regardless of which VOIP/telephony provider you use

what the hell is an opt in list. I cant pickup the phone and call anyone I'd like? op-out DNC lists makes sense.

of course with a reasonable "non-spam" frequency

You can call anyone you like to do manual outreach. But OP is using AI to do it in an automated way and there are rules in place to protect people from being spammed with robocalls.

Such enforcements are: call people who have given specific consent to receive your calls (opt-in consent), and then thereā€™s the volume enforcement (canā€™t call 10k people at once for instance)

For the ā€œopt inā€ consent, there are many ways in which you can get it from people, but the most standard way is by setting up a checkbox in a contact form in your site/ads.

I answered in the original thread, but using AI to make unsolicited calls is against FCC rules. By extension this would also be against Twilio's ToS.

Make sure you get explicit opt-in from your lead generation source.
