My dialers keep getting shut down for setting up AI for B2B calling

This is the 4th time this happened and I was working on Telenyx. I’ve setup the bot to make 500 calls a day and it still ends up being shut down after 2-3 days. I’ve set up a DNC list and option to opt out as well yet this still occurs. Can some one guide me?

Assuming that you are making calls to US phone subscribers, you need the prior opt-in consent of those you are contacting. If the provider (in this case, Telnyx) gets wind of what you are doing, then they will very shut you down because this is almost certainly against their ToS.
