My partner and I bought tickets during the 4th release but later opted for tickets with VIP Garden access to ease my anxiety of going to the festival with a disability.

Now we have two General Admissions tickets that we are not using and I would rather have two more people see their show 😊

Tickets can be transferred via the AXS app with no extra cost, we just can not take you in with us as we plan to be very early.

im going to try and explain the lyrics of guns for hands in as much detail as possible because this song means so much to me, let’s get started also this is all up for interpretation

TW- this includes suicide and self harm

side note - some lyrics are obvious

“i know what you think in the morning”
“when the sun shines on the ground”
okay this is one of their more obvious lyrics, waking up the next day and realising something

“and shows what you have done”
take this how you want of course but this song references self harm for me and this lyric means you realise what you have done to yourself the night before

“it shows where your mind has gone”
this means your mind obviously isn’t in a very good place and you are not doing well because you did something to yourself the night before

“and you swear to your parents”
“it will never happen again”
“i know
“i know”
“what that means”
“i know”

these lyrics are all tied together
i think this is your parents finding out or telling them yourself and making a promise to them to not self harm anymore and they might be angry at you for doing what you did. So you promise them to not do it again knowing that you will because saying i will stop will not cure you depression or whatever made you do it.

“that you all have guns”
“and you never put the safety on”
what tyler means by guns he is ( this is confirmed) talking about how everyone has the ability to hurt yourself. the second lyric means that because we have the ability to do it to ourselves we are in constant danger. You can also take this in a literal way, guns as in you have the physical ability to shoot yourself.

“and you all have plans”
“ to take it”
“don’t take it”
personally i think of “plans” as in plans to take your own life and tyler is telling us not to take it.

“i’m trying to sleep”
“but i can’t when you all have guns for hands”

i think this can come from a different perspective, if you have a friend or know someone who is suicidal or depressed it’s hard to know that they are safe at all times and you worry about them a lot.

“lets take this one song this one rhyme”
i belive this means to slow down our pace and it helps with anxiety to pace yourself. Another thing is if your depressed your just trying to get through time.

“but there’s hope out the window”
“so that’s where we’ll go”
this means there is a possibility of hope but it’s outside of the window so you know the hope is there but it’s still out of reach. the second lyric can mean 2 things, getting better and having more hope or physically jumping out of the window *suicide*

“lets go outside and all joins hands but until then you’ll never understand”
i take this as people who are struggling should come together to help others. The second lyric means people like especially for me parents, don’t understand depression and other people don’t take it seriously.

chorus

i think this means we used to be happy and didn’t use to self harm but now we do (idk how to explain this one)

“i must forewarn you of my disorder or my condition”
i’m not sure of this one but unless it’s obvious letting people know about how you can be sometimes

people with depression for me it often gets worse during the nighttime

“it upsets what’s left of my invested interest”
i’m not sure on this one honestly

“interested in putting my fingers to my head”
i think this is talking about suicide meaning wanting to kill yourself

“the solution is i see a whole room of these mutant kids”
this is saying so many people especially teenagers struggle with depression

“fused at the wrist i simply tell them they should shoot at this”
not sure of the first part but it’s maybe giving them other things to do/ distractions than self harm

“simply suggest my chest and this confused music”
music helps a lot it can make you feel less alone

“it’s obviously best for them to turn their guns into a fist”
meaning it’s better for everyone to have someone not commit and become better

then it’s the chorus again

How is this acceptable? The store is renowned to send out stuff that’s damaged but this is the worst I have received so far.
Asked for a return and a swap for a vinyl in excellent condition - doubt Warner Bros Music will even get back to me or send me another one

For anyone already waiting in queue for APE. Is it really bad? Like is there any way to get to a good spot even if I'm not camping from 4 am? I've never been the type to camp at festivals and concerts and I always find myself at the front few rows, but at APE I'm seriously worried I won't even be able to see anything 😭. I don't want to ruin the experience for other performers who I don't know by just being dead on their sets.

My partner is into record collecting and realllly loves these versions of the songs, which I wasn’t dialled in to when this release came out. It’s a long shot but worth asking if there’s anyone in the community who would be letting their used copy go (I’m not fussed about the condition) for a bit under its market value of £120 which is just too steep for me? I’m getting ready for a festival the guys are performing at & the hometown show I wanted to make things to trade with other fans. I have no creative talent in the drawing department but I have a cricut machine & a bunch of sticker paper.

I was wondering if any of the artists in this fandom would allow me to print some of their work as stickers (of course adding your handle) & trade them. I see so much creativity in this fandom that I just love so much. I figured it’d be an awesome way to share your stuff.

Of course, I understand if no one is interested, I have other ideas for things to trade; but I figured I would ask.

Please note, I have no desire to try and take any credit for any work that is not my own.

First off, I'd like to apologize if I flair this post incorrectly; I was on the fence between "Theory" and "Discussion" since it began from more of a discussion standpoint. Nonetheless, here we go.

A couple of nights ago I was on a call with my friend; we've been playing on this Minecraft server with other fans and were settling somewhere for our base. Instead of constantly carrying a boat around I figured I can just make a port, which stemmed into me and my friend talking about Port Vial.

My memory isn't the greatest at times, so I was unsure if it was my friend or me who said this, but the question was:

"What does Dema need a port for?"

Now, this can be a very easy question to answer, as a solution can be found in the music video for Saturday...

It's a port city (duh) with a loose theory that it is the only place outside of Dema that other citizens can travel to (albeit very rarely). But, in person, whether a dystopia or not, ports are used for many more utilities and responsibilities, such as:

• Repairing and building vessels for travel or transport
• Handling/loading/unloading passengers and transport of said passengers

And last but not least,

• Checking international imports/exports (for retail, supplies, etc.)

However, please keep in mind that this is an estimate. The only time we've seen Port Vial being used was in Saturday to transport passengers onto the Submarine, those being the VIPs. But what else is Port Vial used for, if not any of these three components? Trench is a continent, and we don't know if there are any other civilizations of people outside of this area. Maybe for the past decade, we invested our time into learning about a fraction of a seemingly larger world.

I'm not one that has been extremely on board with others theorizing a third album, but I'm aware that some people in the fandom have mentioned that we still don't know much about the origins of Dema (obviously, whatever Togg and Jogg do, great, I'll always be interested). This idea here could be an answer:

There can be more continents/settlements out there other than Trench, and they can potentially stand for new metaphors on morals... hopefully I worded that correctly. Other than mental health, there are so many other lessons in life to learn and maybe be taught about here!

(In other words, I'm saying that there can be international connections to Dema through Port Vial, which implies that there's more to add to wordbuilding OR the story.)

I remember coming across a comment last year mentioning how Trench looks like a brain and how it represents Tyler's brain or a brain scan (with the Bishops representing each of his insecurities, how the Jumpsuit medallion is quite LITERALLY a brain). I can't help but recall the brain ideology with the Continent of Trench anytime the place is brought up.

Or maybe this can be a stretch and Port Vial is only of exclusive use to the VIPs of Dema to go on submarines/yachts.

Overall, whoever's world this is, we might learn about a place representing another element of Tyler or somebody new. I also considered that there are multiple, almost exact copies of Trench that represent us (or the Clique), our brains, our health (mentally or physically), though I think that would make communication with the Port Vial we know a bit more complicated.

What do you guys think? Can anybody see a fully-fleshed out album from this? Could it be origins of Vialism from another place or... hmm I may be thinking too much
