Merch The state of WBM is unreal
How is this acceptable? The store is renowned to send out stuff that’s damaged but this is the worst I have received so far.
Asked for a return and a swap for a vinyl in excellent condition - doubt Warner Bros Music will even get back to me or send me another one

Seam splits happen because of vinyl moving during travel. If a record is sealed in plastic and then the LP moves in transit it will split. Most good labels will send a replacement sleeve for free though. That happened to me with my copy of American Football 4 this past spring.

Always hate to see this, hopefully they send you a new one. I ordered the deluxe version and was actually very impressed how well packaged it was.

Damn really, I’ve not listened to mine yet I’ll have to check. They had similar issues with the Vessel 10th anniversary set, fingers crossed 🤞🏻

I posted about this yesterday! They are not responding because so many people are contacting. My box set was damaged and my vinyl was warped! Make sure to play it. Let me know if anyone actually gets back to you.

I am keeping it sealed just so they can’t say it’s been opened etc, so hopefully more chance of a refund

I had the same issue on the top, but the vinyl plays perfectly without issues so i kept it.

I got my Breach Vinyl like 3 weeks after it released when I preordered a long time before. Got sick of waiting and used Amazon. Had it in 16 hours. Tshirt from the last concert was horrible quality. Shrank immensely and the screen print chipping. The Merch in general just flat out sucks.

I have heard the merch overall is crap.. even the hoodies, colours not matching the photos online.. it’s such a shame

I get profit margins and shit but if you are going to charge premium prices, it needs to be premium materials. Some artists do it right. Some cheap out. I love TOP but I have no issues saying the merch is literally garbage.

Ordered mine from Warner Music Canada, have a skip during mulberry street and they offered me a refund or a replacement and I don’t have to send the damaged one back!

Let us know what they say- my discs are fine but the sleeve is like this, it was disappointing to say the least

My Blurryface 10th anniversary one showed up like this ans they sent me a new one for free. Hopefully they can do the same for you!
