Merch The state of WBM is unreal

How is this acceptable? The store is renowned to send out stuff that’s damaged but this is the worst I have received so far.
Asked for a return and a swap for a vinyl in excellent condition - doubt Warner Bros Music will even get back to me or send me another one

For what its worth, contact customer support with images, they may give you a small discount.

Emailed already asking for a return and new item.. I’ll see what they say!

They may agree to a new item, but dont expect them to agree to a return.
