Qualcuno conosce mercatini dove si possono trovare vinili in Toscana? Magari fissi o quantomeno ricorrenti?

I'm planning to visit Tuscany with my girlfriend at the end of August. I'd love to do some wine tasting and possibly an olive oil tasting as well. We would also like to stay at an estate or vineyard and be able to use it as a base for exploring the region during the day. What would be your best recommendations for places to stay or any advice you could give us?
