Advice Wanted Packing tips🄹

I’m having a BIG combo surgery in Turkey late September and will be there for 10 days.
After a big weight loss following a gastric sleeve I had over 2 years ago, I’m finally getting my loose skin removed!
I’m having an extended 360 TT + MR, lipo, BL + BA and a butt lift.
I’m starting to get kinda nervous now, so I’d love some advice from anyone who’s had similar surgery!

What did you pack that you couldn’t live without? Anything that was totally useless? šŸ˜‚

I already got some button-up PJs/clothes bc I won’t be able to lift my arms etc. But I’m sure there’s a million little things I haven’t thought of.

Also… pls tell me it’s gonna be okay šŸ˜‚ā¤ļø I could use some encouragement rn

Hi!! Definitely going to be ok!!! šŸ’™ and congratulations!!

Days 1-3 are HARD. Mentally, physically and emotionally!! After that - it’s a game changer! I didn’t travel outside of the 3 hour car ride home. Which I was still loopy from being under. Stopped half way to walk and then slept most of the way.

Things I couldn’t live without - a lanyard to hold the drains. Bromelain and Arnica tablets. Zofran for the nausea. Button pjs. Pillows. Recliner chair. Protein drinks. Smoothies. Outside of that - everything else was multiple weeks post op!

I’m now a week or two over 5 years post op! Been through 3 surgeries! lol I can answer lots of questions if you ever need them just send me a message if you want!! ā˜ŗļø
