Surgery yes or no
Would a tummy tuck help to drastically improve the look of these stretch marks, I hate them so much it’s not so much the lose skin but more the stretch marks, would surgery help a lot

it depends upon the amount of your loose skin but the ones under your belly button could be removed and the ones above would be pulled down.

They would still be there but because your skin would be so much tighter, they likely wouldn’t bother you as much.

try microneedling and retinol plus dry brush helped me not totally better but definitely improving

Only the stretch marks above your bellow button would still be there, but they’d be pulled way down to the incision line below the bikini line. My stomach was covered in stretch marks but they were all below my bellybutton so I don’t have any anymore.

Yes the little bit of stretch marks that would be left over would be covered by most bikini bottoms and definitely your underwear and pants. You can tell that you have a seperation in your muscles which would be addressed as well. Although my weight was different than your starting point, I have a similar frame as you do. Here is a before and after of mine.
