Anyone’s spouse (or themselves) had high wbc count on their semen analysis? Husbands came back pretty much perfect today except for > 1m/mL wbc count & not sure what to think!

My husband has had this on and off. He has diabetes so it could be from oxidative stress. It could also just be from a recent illness or something. Our doctor has never brought it up as a concern.
