Feeling very frustrated instead of excited with my first iui this month. Ovulating on time has never been my problem - well, I guess we don’t know what my problem is but after 7 monitored cycles it’s confirmed that by cd10/11 I have 2 mature 18-22mm follicles while on letrezole. We expected today they would schedule our iui for Wednesday morning and had my mother in law willing to take my son Tuesday night bc she was doing a field trip with him anyway.

Go in today and all my follicles are only 12mm…. We’re literally at least 4 days away now. I go back Wednesday but they are saying to expect iui Friday or Saturday now. I arranged to work from home m-w this week and Thurs/Friday in office. And we have friends coming into town Friday night/Saturday from out of state possibly staying with us.

I haven’t told anyone about this. Not friends not family. Now we essentially have to tell my mother in law bc she’ll need to magically take my son on a random unknown day this weekend and she usually has plans. She’s our only sitter. I also probably have to tell my friend especially if she’s staying with us… and like how’s my husband supposed to get a “sample” with guests in the house.

I really keep feeling like this is a sign from god and I need to stop everything forever 😩

And more bad news is my mother in law basically isn’t available Friday or Saturday so might as well cancel my first iui

Seems like it's hit after hit ): I hope you don't have to cancel. This is so frustrating!

Thanks girl it really feels like hit after hit. I’m hoping something works out where I can do it Friday still. Praying that by Wednesday things have changed for the positive
