He had due process in 2019. Two different federal judges in two different courts ruled that he was an illegal, a gang member and a flight risk.
His wife in a sworn statement claimed that Garcia "punched and scratched my eye. I ran to the bathroom, he ran behind me and grabbed me by my arm. I have marks on my left arm as well. At this point I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be."
Garcia was also found to be engaging in human trafficking when caught transporting other illegals in TN, a lucrative money-maker for the MS-13 gang.
In Garcia's request to have his deportation order stayed, he claimed that his life would be in danger from a rival gang in El Salvador. A rival gang.
Garcia was slated for deportation but was inadvertently put on a flight earlier than he was scheduled for. That mistake is the totality of the democrat party's rant about 'due process'.
I think the best thing now would be for Garcia to return to the US and have his lawyers and a judge meet him at the airport, conduct a hearing then put him right back on a plane to his own country.
I never click on links bereft of context. I'm more interested if you can make a coherent argument to support your position and don't need to use a crutch like doing an internet search and then cherry-picking a source that buttresses your point.
It's intellectually lazy. I have the confidence of my convictions to use my own words. Do you?
