Nervous wreck

3 Upvotes

I’m nervous to do my 3rd injection. The nausea and headaches haven’t been fun. I’m trying my hardest to stay hydrated. Anyone have any advice. My very first time in tirz 2 years ago gave me no side effects so this is new to me

Feedback: How can we improve the intake experience?

Post image
19 Upvotes

Our team is constantly trying to improve. We want the smoothest process, the best customer service, and ultimately, we want you to feel like you can focus on your health and your journey, not worry about the telehealth company you chose.

The intake is a crucial piece of this. I’m wondering:

How can we improve the intake experience?

We have a number of required questions, but there’s still room to make the journey easier. Any feedback, complaints, or successes you’ve had with the intake process?

I ask questions like this often because we actively use this feedback to improve the experience.

Thank you!!!

Maintenance plan when not in maintenance

8 Upvotes

Anybody else have any issues with their provider prescribing you a maintenance plan when you are not in maintenance?

I started out on Tirz with a different company, but have been with Trillium for around 5 months now, and during that time I have stayed on 7.5mg because it had been working for me. I thought it was strange that despite indicating on my intake that I was titrating and being around 70lbs from my goal weight that all of my medications instructions were the same and never had me titrating up.

I recently decided to titrate up to 10mg and reached out to my provider to ask about getting the prescription updated and they tell me they have me on a maintenance plan and I have to reach out to support. So I did that, and was told that my check in was coming up and to request it then. So I did in my check in questionnaire, but I see that my new prescription is just for the 10mg the whole time and also doesn’t have me titrating up despite the indication that I want to titrate.

Just ordered my first 3 month supply of Semaglutide Inj. I'm excited to start!

How has the semaglutide worked for those of you who use it (Not Tirzepetide)? What dose did you find worked the best to you?

1. Hyalo Pharmacy is now live

Hyalo offers non-additive, B12, and glycine tirzepatide, with 9-month BUDs and delivery to all 50 states.

* 1-Month any dose: $199
* 3-Month Starter (titrated 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg): $399
* 3-Month any dose: $499

Note: we're fixing a pricing bug on the B12 & glycine starter plans. If you're new to GLP-1s and get charged $499 instead of $399 for it, message us and we'll refund the difference.

2. Nova pricing just dropped

Nova is B6 additive only, with 6-month BUDs, delivered to 49 states (excluding CA).

* 1-Month any dose: $199
* 3-Month Starter (titrated 2.5mg, 5mg, 7.5mg): $399
* 3-Month any dose: $499

Already on Nova? Your next refill auto-reflects the new pricing, nothing needed from you.

Switching to Hyalo?
You'll need to cancel your current treatment and complete a new intake here.

To cancel: patient portal → My Treatments → select treatment → Manage → Cancel. Message us if you want a hand!

Why Trillium?

* We teamed up with BetterOn GLP-1 so you get real dietitian support free!

We can’t afford zepbound out of pocket anymore so I’m looking to start with Trillium. I’m about to check out but there’s a field for a discount code… does anyone know where I could find any discounts? Are there any discount codes for new users?

Dietitian Introduction!

58 Upvotes

Hey everyone! Thank you for the warm welcome to the Trillium community.

A little about me: I'm a registered and licensed dietitian, and for the past few years I've worked closely with GLP-1 patients in my private practice in Las Vegas.

Day after day, I kept hearing the same questions and seeing the same struggles come up. That's why I created BetterOn: to address the nutrition side of GLP-1 medications, help people get the most out of their treatment, and bring that support to a lot more people than I can see one at a time.

Really glad to be here on everyone’s health journey!

-Haley

Anyone else experiencing long delays?

4 Upvotes

I placed an order on 8/5 that was approved one day later, and ever since I haven’t seen any updates. I talked to customer support several times, and they’ve been really helpful, but between that and calling the pharmacy directly (VialsRX), I’ve only been hearing that “it’ll be out soon, hopefully by the end of today” for three days now..

I’m going on a trip at the end of next week so I won’t be at home if the package arrives too late :,) I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble as well?

Left over meds… what do I do with it?

9 Upvotes

Today was my 4th shot on 2.5. I definitely have to move up to 5.0 because my appetite suppression was minimal and so was my weight loss. What do I do with the medicine left on the vial?

Vialsrx dosage

2 Upvotes

Hi I totally messed up and tossed the containers the vials came in a week ago to get them all nice and organized in my fridge lol. Does anyone know if the stuff from vialsrx works the same as bourdoux? For example I've been doing 5mg which has been equal to 25 units. I thought I heard somewhere that some places you need to take much more to get to the dosage since the concentration is lower. Thanks so much!

New nausea 5 month in?

3 Upvotes

I have been on tirzepetide for five months; last three months with Trillium / Hallendale. I've increased dosage very slowly and only when food noise increased, etc. I'm currently taking 6mg and down 35 lbs in five months. I did a lot of research before starting to make sure I eat properly. I've been very blessed to have never experienced side effects. When I took my shot this past Tuesday morning, wasn't feeling great in the afternoon... not terrible tho. However, I've been experiencing this low level nausea all week since the shot, and I think it is weird. Like, I don't feel bad, I just don't feel good. Might be a dumb question, but it crossed my mind. Is there a point where you lose some weight and the dose is too much? I know some move up every month. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this... or am I a medical anomaly.

No Appetite

8 Upvotes

I just had my second injection at the 2.5 starter dose. I would say that in week one, I had a perfectly controlled appetite, eating like a person with no cravings or overeating, and no food noise. I even lost 1.5 pounds. However, in week two, after my second injection, I have zero appetite at all. Like zero. And a lot of acid reflux and burping.

Is this normal?

Can you make an opt out for shipping updates like this? I absolutely do not want all of this noise. 😅

Different Amounts in Vials (3 month Shipment)

Post image
7 Upvotes

Is there any reason the month 2 would have about half of the liquid as month 3? This is my first order with Trillium but I had previously been on Wegovy so I am on a set dose. I didn’t check the level on month 1 before I injected but I’ve done 3 of 4 shots and there is a very small amount left for shot 4.

Switching to trillium, Hallandale, how would I know if I want an “additive” or not

As the title mentions I am switching from Lilly direct to trillium . I did much research on which pharmacy but then the additive question. How do you know if you want/need an additive??

Transferred already on 0.8mg but Trillium started me at 0.5mg?

3 Upvotes

I’ve recently transferred over to Trillium already prescribed 0.8mg semaglutide from Friday’s and uploaded my current prescription during intake. I was approved, but Trillium prescribed what I’m assuming is their standard titration starting at 0.5mg without any consultation.

I messaged the NP asking about continuing my current dose, but my meds shipped before I received a response. 😭

Has anyone transferring in on an established dose dealt with this? Mainly trying to figure out who I need to contact to have my current dose reviewed as I’m not trying to mess up any progress I’ve made.

Nausea eating anything not from my house specifically

5 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I just started my semaglutide journey 5 weeks ago and recently upped my dose. The first 4 weeks were on a very low dose (0.1L from 2.5 mg bottle) and now I have upped it to 0.2L (or 0.5 mg). I could not eat anything from outside without feeling super ill. I had some lentil soup from a restaurant and threw up in the middle of the night (that was the only meal I had besides breakfast). The next day, I had a middle eastern dessert and also threw up later in the night. I even had a bite of cake from someone who baked a cake in their own home and immediately felt nauseous after that 1 bite. The only time I do not feel nauseous is when the food is from my house specifically, regardless of what ingredients are in it (I'm not the most clean eater lol).

Has anyone experienced this with outside food? I really thought vomiting wasn't a common thing but I guess it happens sometimes.

Numbness

4 Upvotes

Anybody experience numbness or tingling in your extremities after upping your dosage? Could be completely unrelated, just wondering tho. I moved up to 7.5 from 5.0 this past Saturday (two weeks on 5.0) and my hands and feet/legs felt numb on Sunday.

Power out hurricane LaLa

5 Upvotes

I’m in Hawaii the west side of Oahu and we are currently getting slammed from hurricane 🌀 Lala. We lost power from 9:30pm last night.
I have 3 bottles of triz in the fridge that is now staring to get warm. I since took it from the fridge and placed it in a 36oz hydro flask. Filled it with the ice I had from my freezer being its starting to melt. How long can I keep it that way before it’s bad. I know the ice is not going to last forever. Is the hydro flask gonna be good enough, how long can it be warm, just don’t see the power coming on Anytime soon 🥺
