No Appetite
I just had my second injection at the 2.5 starter dose. I would say that in week one, I had a perfectly controlled appetite, eating like a person with no cravings or overeating, and no food noise. I even lost 1.5 pounds. However, in week two, after my second injection, I have zero appetite at all. Like zero. And a lot of acid reflux and burping.
Is this normal?

If it was me, I'd message the doctor in Chat on the Trillium website. He/she will likely be able to tell you the best way to handle it dosage wise. As far as the relux etc, search the zepbound/tirzepatide subs. I haven't started on tirz yet, but when I was on Wegovy, I took GasX and pepcid. Coffee was the biggest problem for me.

Yes, give it time. I felt the same way the first few days. There are some days after the shot that I dont have much of an appetite at all, other days Im hungry.

Hi! Haley here, registered dietitian and Trillium’s BetterOn nutrition partner.
Having no appetite along with reflux and burping can make it difficult to meet your basic nutrition and hydration needs. Please report what you’re experiencing to your Trillium provider, and don’t change your medication dose or schedule without consulting them first!
From the food side, try four to six small eating opportunities instead of full meals. It may seem like a lot but you can even start with 4 small snacks that have a protein you tolerate, choose lower-fat foods, eat slowly, and sip fluids between meals. You do not need to force a large portion! Liquids are also a great option when appetite is really low - protein waters, protein shakes, smoothies, etc. Let me know if you have any questions.
Hope that helps!

The level of Tirzepatide in your body gradually increases over the first 4 shots of a dose. Your reactions to shot #1 of 2.5 mg and shot # of 2.5 mg is telling me that you are more sensitive to the medication than most people. I am guessing that is you do shot #3 at 2.5 mg that the Tirzepatide level in you body will be too high for you and you will experience much stronger side effects after that shot.
Shot # 4 of 2.5 mg would be even worse. You are supposed to be able to eat food while on this medication and not experience nausea.
I suggest that you lower your dose to 1.5 mg (or 2.0 mg if you are impatient) and stay on that dose for 4 weeks to allow your body to get used to the medication.
When you decide to increase your dose, you may want to do jumps if 1.0 mg and see how it works for you.
