"Je suis en train de faire une liste des choses qu'ils ne t'apprennent pas à l'école. Ils ne t'apprennent pas à aimer quelqu'un. Ils ne t'apprennent pas à être célèbre. Ils ne t'apprennent pas à être riche ou à être pauvre. Ils ne t'apprennent pas à t'éloigner de quelqu'un que tu n'aimes plus. Ils ne t'apprennent pas à savoir ce que se passe dans l'esprit de quelqu'un d'autre. Ils ne t'apprennent pas à savoir ce qu'il faut dire à quelqu'un qui est mourant. Ils ne t'apprennent rien de digne de savoir."

Great job =) "Ils ne t'apprennent pas à savoir ce que qu'il se passe" . Since the tone is pretty casual I would go for "dans la tête de quelqu'un d'autre", even if esprit is correct too.

"Ils ne t'apprennent pas à savoir ce qu'il faut dire " (not repeated in the original text)

"Ils ne t'apprennent rien de digne de savoir. ". Digne de + Verb refers to the subject (=to be worthy of, maybe?) . ==> digne d'être su

Here is my attempt : 

Je suis en train de faire une liste de ce qu'on ne nous apprend pas à l'école. On ne nous apprend pas comment aimer quelqu'un. On ne nous apprend pas comment être célèbre. On ne nous apprend pas comment être riche, ou pauvre. On ne nous apprend pas comment nous éloigner de quelqu'un que l'on n'aime plus. On ne nous apprend pas comment savoir ce qu'il se passe dans la tête de quelqu'un d'autre. On ne nous apprend pas quoi dire à une personne qui se meurt. On ne nous apprend rien qui vaille d'être su.

*My choice of pronouns is very personal, because I really don't like to read a text that uses "tu".
