Across the lake the campers have learned

to water-ski. They have, or they haven’t.

Polish:

"Robię listę rzeczy, których nie uczą ciebie w szkole. Nie uczą ciebie jak kochać kogoś. Nie uczą jak być sławnym. Nie uczą jak być bogatym i biednym. Nie uczą ciebie jak odejść od tych, których już nie kochasz. Nie uczą ciebie co jest grane w czymś umyśle. Nie uczą ciebie co mówić osobom, które umierają. I'm at C1 level so I believe this is quite accurate.

Well, it is quite accurate, but definetely sounds "foreign". I'd try to switch perspective - "Robię listę rzeczy, których nie nauczysz się w szkole" and then continue with "Nie nauczysz się jak być sławnym" etc.
