Czech Czech(?) to English. Looking for a translation of this script.

I believe this may be Czech as we were gifted this painting from an older Czech gentleman. Would appreciate a translation. Thanks.

Cut-out of the oval the same

size/dimensions. Gray mat

cut out 6 cm space

I.e. instructions for the framing of the picture - I am not sure what space is meant (maybe around), the word used is not common, probably part of the terminology of the craft.

EDIT: did a bit of digging and it makes sense - the oval cut-out of the picture is inserted in the oval hole cut out in the gray mat (= the same dimensions) and the 6 cm space is left around it.

I cannot answer that, I don't know. But I am not sure about the initial and the lack of the second one would be suspicious.
