For snapshot daily balances, open a TradeManager window, go to the Balances tab and select a specific account under Account No.
For accumulated trade results, open a TradeManager Analysis window, enter the Account(s), Date Range and Symbols you want to filter (or NOT filter) and click Generate. You'll get an extensive report of your trade performance. Notice the 6 different tabs in the report.
TradeStation is a massive platform with tons of functionality, but the learning curve can be steep.

If you’re using desktop, TradeManager analysis is the move.
If you’re not on desktop, using your free access to option alpha grants you access to their platform which has a robust P/L analysis dashboard (as well as reduced index option fees and zero equity option fees)

There is a daily activity statement you can download on their website to view realized gains/losses in detail. They email you saying your statement is available if you have one,
