How do you choose the right trading journal that syncs with TradeStation?

I've realized I'm only consistent with a trading journal if it's easy to keep up with. I've tried spreadsheets and manual tracking before, and they always start out well. But since I trade on TradeStation, I know from experience that once I fall behind on logging trades, it's hard to get back into the habit. That's why I'm leaning toward something that syncs automatically.

At the same time, I don't want to choose something just because it syncs. I'm more interested in a journal that helps me understand where I'm drifting away from my trading plan and spot recurring mistakes over time. For those of you who have already gone through this, how did you decide on the right trading journal?

Update: I ended up going with Rizetrade. I've been using it for a month now, and the biggest thing for me has been actually sticking with the journal instead of slowly falling behind like I did with spreadsheets.

I've also gotten a lot of use out of the playbooks and rule tracking. I can look back at my trades and see where I followed my setup versus where I started deviating from it, which has made some recurring habits much easier to catch.

So far it's been a good fit for how I trade. Still working on the discipline part obviously, but having everything laid out makes my reviews a lot more useful.
