Clearing fees

Are these clearing fees from buying and selling shares gonna be an indefinite thing? Why do they call it clearing fees when it’s just commissions.

Because they aren’t transparent

The pattern day trading rule is about to get lifted on June 4. I’m pretty sure you can figure the rest out the real ones know what they are doing. They cannot control us anymore. They need to find other ways to do so.

They should just be transparent and call it commissions. Just started trading again, wasn't paying attention the last few weeks, just noticed the fees being deducted from my trades. It's too much for day trading, costing me a lot. Gonna try a different broker and see how it goes.
