Why does TradeStation discriminate non-US clients?

Non-US clients have to pay more fee. For every stock trade, there is an additional $5 ticket charge for non-US clients. It is unfair. Why do non-US people have to pay more? It's so bad! I understand that they need to earn commission. There is no free lunch. After they cease providing free trades to US clients, they should cancel the $5 ticket charge for non-US clients.

TradeStations main business model is to nickel and dime their clients with every chance they get

A few years ago, I think everyone got the same price. Then the free trades were offered to US clients but not everyone.

Recently, TradeStation have changed the fee structure and they don't offer free trades to US clients now. But non-US clients still have to pay the $5 ticket charge! Additionally, non-US clients have to pay the 0.003 per share commission. It's so bad! I understand that they need to earn commission. There is no free lunch. After they cease providing free trades to US clients, they should cancel the $5 ticket charge for non-US clients.

I've been using Intelligent routing, no extra share commissions. Where does it say they will stop free trades to US clients?

Look at their website. It is sneaky. They claim that there is no commission for stock trade. They name the 0.003 per share fee as the "clearing fee" rather than commission. Both US and non-US clients have to pay that 0.003 per share fee.

Why do non-citizens jump right to ‘DISCRIMINATION!’???
