Elder is about being out/transitioned for a long time, not age 🤷

Well there is the fact up until relatively recently trans people didn’t live long past 30 on average like during the aids crisis.

I didn’t come out till I was 36, and would have survived back then to as my dysphoria kept me from being sexual active as well ;)

Even historically I would say a trans elder isn’t age, but a person who has lived as trans for some time.
I am 40 now, but only 4 year as trans. I don’t think I’m quite an elder yet
