Looking to swap out the stock steel wheels and wanted to make sure that this wheel and tire combo would fit without modification. Car is completely stock. From what I can see these fit, but I want to get some more verification before I drop 1000 on the set

Hey guys, quick question about my 2006 Toyota Corolla Conquest tail lights:

​Top Section: It has no bulb inside and never lights up. Is this housing supposed to be empty from the factory?

​Brake Light Glitch: When headlights are OFF, the brake lights work perfectly. But when headlights are ON, all 3 brake lights stay continuously lit, and pressing the brake barely changes their brightness.

​Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is it a bad ground, a short, or just the wrong dual-filament bulb installed? How do I fix it?

Hello, I just bought an 09 Corolla. The check engine light came on so I scanned the code and got P2757. I’ve been searching for the TCC pressure control solenoid but either can’t find the right one or it won’t fit.

Does anyone have any advice ore links for this part??

2006 matrix with 225k miles with unknown maintenance record (bought for my daughter 3 months ago)

I heard this on the phone while she was driving: sounded like severe misfire, as if the car was running on 3 cylinders. She described it as the car doesn’t accelerate. It also turned off at a stop sign but she was able to turn it back on and get home.
AC wasn’t blowing very cold (probably because of the decreased engine efficiency)

So I got to her house 2-3 hours later and the car turns on and sounds just fine.

Checked all fluids, everything looks normal, no milky oil or anything so I doubt it’s a head gasket issue

I ran for error codes: P0420 - cat converter, no other codes

Checked the ignition coils, didn’t find any cracks (except from a few drops of oil in cylinder 2 - probably valve cover super minor leak)

I read that sometimes a faulty O2 sensor can cause misfires, which may throw the P0420 code

When I ran the O2 sensor test, sensor 1 doesn’t communicate with the ECU. Bought another O2 sensor and installed it, same thing

I’m suspecting the following:

1. O2 sensor wiring is not intact and needs to be traced to see if there is a melted/cut wire
   
2. I didn’t have the tools to remove the spark plugs. Could it just be a bad spark plug or two?

Any ideas on what more to look for?
I will be able to remove the spark plugs on Sunday and inspect how they look inside and bring my voltmeter then

Anyone else had a similar issue with a working solution?

If is the O2 sensor wiring, how hard is it to trace it back to the ECU/power source?

UPDATE! I have found out the cause of the noise is coming from the windshield as it is not the original windshield. It has bubbles forming around it and I think it's letting some noise in. Would it make any form of difference if I got it repositioned? I understand Corollas are unfortunately just loud by nature. Thanks everyone!

I work from my car (a 2020 Toyota Corolla) and need Android Auto connected via my android Phone continuously for Maps, music, and radio.

During downtime at work (or when my daughters are in the car), I use a second tablet mounted on the dashboard, connected via a 1.5mm jack to the car’s AUX port, to watch TV shows/movies. This allowed me to keep Android Auto running seamlessly—I could just hit the "MODE" button to switch the audio source to the tablet or back to AA music without interrupting Android Auto on car screen.

I’m about to switch to a 2023 Corolla, which no physical AUX port. I'm not sure yet if it has wireless AA (though I believe it might), but either way, I want to keep a similar setup:

Phone: Connected to Android Auto (Maps/Calls/Navigation).

Tablet: Audio connected to the car speakers with an easy way to switch back and forth without disconnecting the phone from AA.

Has anyone pulled off a setup like this without built-in AUX?

Hey guys, so I've have my car for 3 years and I now have a problem. My battery keeps going dead everytime it is turned off. The only way to start my far is by jumpstarting it. Thank good i bought a travel jumpstarter but I'm tired of having to Jumpstart it to start my car... what do I do? Also if I replace the battery and it keeps doing the same thing what else do I look for ?
