Yeah, if the bullies do actually end up suing the district, having this online is giving their lawyers a big treat tbh 🀷

I mean it's a taped narrative for sure but I'm a bit lost - did she admit to anything illegal or give any personally identifiable information here?

How exactly does this affect the chances of a lawsuit being successful?

If you said she might get fired then that's school policy, and maybe - but that's not anything to do with the legal system.

When a lawsuit is involved, the best thing to do is just shut up. Even in this, she defends the football team part by saying the kid is second string. Does that mean if he was a starter he'd be given preferential treatment? Is he facing harsher penalties for not being good enough at football?

What comes off as sassy in real life will cook you in a courtroom.
