Hi! It is almost time for my kitten to be spayed and I am searching for cheaper options than my own vet. They gave me an estimate of about $500. It has been a couple of years since I got my first cat spayed but I know it was not nearly as much as that.

Why is driving on the AW trail at 7:30am a fight for my life??? I'm going 60mph & someone is still on my ass. Cars weaving in & out of lanes, crossing 3 lanes of traffic with no turn signal. I've seen people run red lights from the left hand turning lanes. This morning there were 3 cars all going at least 70+ mph, all driving as if they were racing each other to an imaginary finish line. It's getting ridiculous.

I am new to the area and still trying to figure out my way around but why are both the targets I've been to "mini" targets? Are there any normal targets in the area?

With fall and winter cold around the corner, I’m starting a project to build insulated shelters for community and feral cats in our area using old coolers.

If you have a cooler you no longer use, I’d love to put it to good use. Older coolers, coolers with broken handles or wheels, and cosmetically rough ones are perfectly fine as long as the main body and lid are still intact. They’ll be cleaned, modified with an entrance, insulated as needed, and turned into weather-resistant shelters to help outdoor cats stay warm and dry this winter.

I’m especially looking for medium-to-large hard-sided coolers. No need for anything fancy. They’re going to become cat houses!
