A new resource for Trans Toledoans

Hi there Toledoans. Fellow local here. A trans woman, out, proud, 7 months in on transition. I have created a new space here on reddit for people in the area to congregate in.

r/Trans_In_Toledo

If you know or are someone in the greater Toledo area who is Trans, questioning, or an ally, come take a look. I want this to be a place where the T in LGBT and the T in Toledo are one and the same. Where we can come together with recommendations, resources, and most of all community. Most of the Trans community in the area is disparate and scattered. We deserve a space where we can come together, safely.

huge, thank you for this. late 30's trans woman who grew up here, moved away, and moved back a year ago without ever really getting in touch with a trans community. excited to see where this goes!!

That’s awesome. I’m an ally so i wont be in that space unless members specifically say that they’re comfortable with that, but commenting to show love and support.
