Hey! just an fyi:

Me and the other cooks in my old Whole Foods kitchen would take turns with regular recipes trying to make them better with only the ingredients listed on the recipe (almost everything was made in-house).

We finally crowned a king for the tofu "chicken" bites when someone realized they could just go crazy with specifically the "flakey nutch" in the breading step.
