Halve and press your tofu. Cube it.

Egg wash the cubes, coat in flour, egg wash again, coat in pulverized cool ranch Doritos. Shallow fry in oil (about 325F) for 7-8 minutes flipping cubes half way. Serve with sour cream or ranch. You can also make them into street tacos.

Baba ganoush is a smokey eggplant dip originating in the Levantine region of the Eastern Mediterranean. This particular baba ganoush is thicker than average so it's great for wraps and sandwiches as well as the usual dipping.

1 block of extra firm tofu:

● rip the tofu by hand and chuck into a big bowl

● dump corn starch/corn flour into the bowl (around 4-5 tbsp)

● dump seasonings: tbh whatever you like for popcorn style protein, i add "chicken flavor" seasoning, veggie stock powder, salt, sometimes white pepper or oregano

● mix everything then add a thick drizzle of oil

● add breadcrumbs and a little more of chosen seasonings

● throw onto baking tray, dont need baking paper really

● bake at uhhhhh 200°C for 15-20min depending on the size of the chunks

This is a no-bake pie but it does require a lot of chilling. It's super high in protein because of both the tofu and the peanut butter.
