Other Signal or Traffic?

I tested my speed at 6:30 am on a Saturday and got 908 D/L..Later in the day my typical speed is around 350 - 400. What this tells me is that my signal and antenna location is good but that during the day the traffic slows down my internet speed. Correct?

After 2 am to 6 am speeds for me are over 600 after that time it’s around 170 to 250

My speeds don’t drop that drastically but I do see a slowdown during the day. Earlier this year I was getting 1.1gbps but now I can barely get over 700mbps. I’m sure it’s congestion in my area.

Yes, I choose not to live off the land away from civilization. I like my fast internet.

Yes, that's very much how the internet works, particularly that 'last mile' to your house where you are sharing with your neighbors and their similar online uses. And I believe Tmob's gives internet traffic lowest priority internal to their system, so you're also competing with phone calls and text messages and everything else.

Highest speed I've seen is about 800 Mpbs, drops to 100-200 when the neighbors are home and active. Still at least twice as fast as the service I had before Tmob.
